Featuring an all new softer material, the latest Sparco Victory suit continues to feature Sparco's patented Hocotex material, a single layer fabric with the fire protection of a multi-layer suit! Thanks to this brilliant material, the Victory is twice as breathable as a traditional layered racing suit. The thinner fabric also allows for increased flexibility, further aided through stretch arm gussets sewn into the shoulders. The Victory combines this added protection, mobility, and breathability with five vibrant color options and is the only single layer suit capable of passing both the SFI 3.2a/5 and FIA 8856-2000 homologations. Boot-cut style pant legs are featured, complete with hidden elastic ankle cuffs.

How does Hocotex work? Racing suits are traditionally constructed using layers of fabric sewn together with a quilted pattern. This quilting creates pockets of air between the layers which expands in a fire, providing thermal protection for the driver. Hocotex uses a honeycomb structure with over 60,000 internal air cells that provide a 10 to 12% increase in heat protection. Compare this to the 300 quilted chambers found in a traditional suit and the difference is clear!
