Internet Customer Service Representative

At OG Racing, Customer Service is one of the core attributes of our entire team. As an Internet Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling all customer service interactions for electronic sales, including (but not limited to) web sales, cross-channel sales (Amazon, Third-Party Channels, etc.), and e-mail inquiries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent efficiency in communicating through electronic media (e-mail, chat, etc.) as well as being able to fully address all of the customers needs.

  • Interact with customers via all channels (phone, email, chat) to provide information in response to inquiries about orders, products, and services.
  • Process orders from all current & future digital sources that OG Racing works with, including Shopify, Quivers, Shopatron, & Amazon.
  • Become an expert on our product lines and the manufacturers/vendors we work with.
  • Build relationships with customers by communicating with them regarding their auto racing gear needs.
  • Keep pace with customers, balance multiple priorities, and use good judgment to manage time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A passion for motor sports and auto racing.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (PC, Microsoft, Gmail) and internet browser usage.
  • Three (3) or more years related customer service experience.
  • Able to work at a desk/computer for extended periods of time.
  • Able to work some weekends.

Warehouse Associate

OG Racing prides itself on a huge inventory and industry leading order processing and shipping times. The Warehouse Associate plays an important role in making this happen, and will be responsible for working at the required pace while maintaining high levels of accuracy and meeting all operational guidelines. The ideal candidate will not only demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail, but will excel at working in a fast paced warehouse environment.

  • Accurately Pick, Pack & Ship customer orders under tight deadlines.
  • Quality control on products as they are received and accurately put-away.
  • Conduct regular Inventory counts.
  • Help maintain and clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist the sales department as needed to meet customer service goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior order selection and packing experience preferred.
  • Prior receiving experience preferred.
  • Prior inventory management experience.
  • Ability to learn our internal warehouse and shipping software (Netsuite & Shipstation).
  • Must be able to lift, carry, & pack heavy merchandise.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized and well maintained warehouse.
