Planted Seat Bracket - Lexus RC F (2015+) - Passenger/Right
This Planted passenger-side bracket gives the 2015+ Lexus RC F a rigid, vehicle-specific base for an aftermarket seat, with no floor modification. Construction is 3/16" laser-cut steel, hand-welded and powder-coated black, with Standard slider patterns. It's a solid foundation for autocross, track-day and street builds.

- Many vehicles have the steering wheel offset toward the center of the vehicle. This can be accentuated when installing an aftermarket seat of a different size than the factory seat.
- Replacing a factory seat with an aftermarket seat may cause the vehicle's warning indicators to activate. This can be due to airbag, weight and/or other sensors in the factory seat that are not included in an aftermarket seat. It may be possible to eliminate these indicators with an electronic resistor, but it is up to the end user to determine if a resistor will work and which resistor to use.

Autocross, track days or a canyon road, the 2015+ Lexus RC F rewards a driver who stays located in the seat. The factory seat's bolsters and foam give up long before the chassis does. Swapping to an aftermarket bucket is one of the most effective upgrades you can make, provided the mount is as rigid as the seat.
Planted develops every bracket with the vehicle in its shop, using the actual floor as the reference rather than a drawing. The bracket is laser-cut from 3/16" steel, hand-welded in the USA for full weld penetration and finished in black powder coat. Each one goes through three stages of quality control before it ships.
The top plate is pre-slotted for the slider patterns used by Recaro, Sparco, OMP, Cobra, Corbeau, Momo, NRG, Racetech and most other major seat brands. This is the Standard bolt-pattern bracket, which includes the Recaro pattern. Wide Cobra and Scheel-Mann sliders need one hole per slider elongated by 1/8". There's extra material to drill a less common pattern, or to mount a seat or side mounts directly without sliders.
This is the passenger/right bracket, sold individually. Order the driver side separately for a matched pair. Confirm your seat's dimensions against the cabin before ordering. Removing the factory seat can trigger airbag or occupancy warning lights, which may need a resistor. Professional installation is recommended.
