Stilo's ST5 FN series of helmets eliminates the integrated accessory ports that are commonly seen on Stilo helmets. Removing these ports, and combining with a full Carbon shell, results in one of the lightest full-face helmets on the market at just 2.58 pounds for the Smaller-shell sizes. Taller eyeport is ideal for use in both closed and open cockpit racers. Two shell sizes - one for X-Small through Medium, and another for the larger sizes - allows for weight savings without sacrificing fit. The standard 3mm Clear visor (other shield types in a variety of tints sold separately) mounts with machined aluminum fasteners and creates an air-tight seal via a rubber seal. Snell SA2020 and FIA-8859 homologations satisfy almost all sanctioning body requirements.

An effective helmet is one that fits properly. Have an assistant use a measuring tape, or a piece of string to measure the circumference of your head starting at a point approximately one inch above the eyebrows in front, around a point in the back of the head that results in the largest possible measurement, and finally wrapping back to the front. It is a good idea to take several measurements to make sure you have the largest one.
