• Many vehicles have the steering wheel offset toward the center of the vehicle. This can be accentuated when installing an aftermarket seat of a different size than the factory seat.
• Replacing a factory seat with an aftermarket seat may cause the vehicle's warning indicators to activate. This can be due to airbag, weight and/or other sensors in the factory seat that are not included in an aftermarket seat. It may be possible to eliminate these indicators with an electronic resistor, but it is up to the end user to determine if a resistor will work and which resistor to use.

Whether you're adding a supportive seat for daily driving, an HPDE build or a comfort upgrade, the 1986-1993 Mercedes 190E needs a proper mount to carry it. The factory seat tracks won't accept an aftermarket seat, and universal plates rarely sit flat on the floor.

Every Sparco 600 Series base is built for a specific vehicle and bolts straight to the factory seat mounting points. It turns an uneven factory floor into a flat, solid platform for your seat, and the install is fully bolt-in.

Construction is 3/16" steel with a black wrinkle powder coat, so the base won't flex under load. The top plate carries the Sparco logo and is drilled for Sparco sliders. For race cars that need the lowest seating position, the wide platform lets you drill for side mounts and bolt them straight to the base.

This is the driver/left base, sold individually. The passenger side is 600SB192R. Confirm your seat's dimensions against the cabin before ordering. Removing the factory seat can trigger airbag or occupancy warning lights, which may need a resistor. Professional installation is recommended.
