• Many vehicles have the steering wheel offset toward the center of the vehicle. This can be accentuated when installing an aftermarket seat of a different size than the factory seat.
• Replacing a factory seat with an aftermarket seat may cause the vehicle's warning indicators to activate. This can be due to airbag, weight and/or other sensors in the factory seat that are not included in an aftermarket seat. It may be possible to eliminate these indicators with an electronic resistor, but it is up to the end user to determine if a resistor will work and which resistor to use.

An aftermarket seat can transform how a 1994-1997 Audi A6/S6 feels from behind the wheel, whether for autocross, track days or simply better support on long drives. The key is a mount that fits the car's floor exactly and doesn't flex.

Sparco 600 Series seat bases pick up the factory seat mounts on the vehicle's floor and give your seat a flat, rigid mounting surface. Each base is vehicle-specific and a 100% bolt-in installation, so there's no cutting, welding or drilling into the floor.

Construction is 3/16" steel with a black wrinkle powder coat, so the base won't flex under load. The top plate carries the Sparco logo and is drilled for Sparco sliders. For race cars that need the lowest seating position, the wide platform lets you drill for side mounts and bolt them straight to the base.

This is the passenger/right base, sold individually. The driver side is 600SB111L. Confirm your seat's dimensions against the cabin before ordering. Removing the factory seat can trigger airbag or occupancy warning lights, which may need a resistor. Professional installation is recommended.
