The Coolshirt® 7.5qt Club Cooler is the cooling unit at the heart of Coolshirt's "build your own" Club System — a compact 7.5qt cooling reservoir with an internal pump that circulates chilled water out to your cooling garment. Unlike Coolshirt's complete Racer or Rally kits, the Club Cooler ships as a standalone unit: no hose and no garment included, giving you full control over hose length, mounting hardware, and which cooling shirt or vest you pair it with.
This setup suits drivers and crews who already have compatible hose and garment on hand, are replacing a worn-out cooler, or want to spec a system piece by piece rather than buying a fixed kit. Pair it with a hose length to match your cockpit layout, one of OG Racing's 7.5qt mounting trays (naked or black, with or without straps), and the cooling garment of your choice to complete a setup tailored to your car and budget.
The 7.5qt size keeps the footprint compact, making it a strong fit for tight cockpits, SXS/off-road applications, or shorter race and stage durations where a larger reservoir isn't necessary. As with all Coolshirt cooling units, the internal pump operates on 12V — running it on higher voltage will void the manufacturer's warranty, so wire it correctly to your vehicle's electrical system.
