The Bell MAG-10 Pro Rally is Bell's Pro Series open-face rally helmet, based on the HP10 Rally with a lightweight carbon-glass composite shell. Its Fast Removable Half Chin Bar (HCB) allows medical responders quick access to a driver's airway in an emergency without removing the whole helmet, and an integrated adjustable dark sunscreen replaces the need for separate sunglasses on bright stages. ZeroNoise electronics with built-in speakers and a noise-canceling microphone handle radio communication through a heavy-duty Nexus connector. SA2025 and FIA8859-2024 homologated, available in Orange and White.

Based on the HP10 Rally, it uses a lightweight carbon-glass composite shell paired with a multi-density, multi-piece liner for energy absorption.
The standout safety feature is the Fast Removable Half Chin Bar (HCB) — it detaches quickly, giving medical responders clear access to a driver's or co-driver's airway during an emergency without having to remove the entire helmet. An adjustable, integrated anti-scratch sunscreen (M10) handles glare on bright stages without a separate visor or sunglasses, and removable, multi-density cheek pads dial in fit.
Communication runs through integrated ZeroNoise electronics — high-power, lightweight speakers and a noise-canceling microphone — wired to a heavy-duty, in-molded Female Nexus Connector compatible with third-party amplifier brands, a rally-standard connection point for driver/co-driver intercom systems. A detachable right side-cover keeps the connector integration clean, and a flat cover ships in the box for drivers who prefer running a straight cable instead.
Sound-insulating integrated ear muffs cut cabin and stage noise, and HANS anchors come factory-installed as original equipment. SA2025 and FIA8859-2024 homologated, the MAG-10 Pro Rally is available in Orange and White, sized 54 through 61+.
