Live Inventory - Only at OG RacingHow many times have you ordered an item thinking that it was in-stock, only to be contacted days (or weeks) later to find out that it is on backorder? In our day-to-day travels as not only a retail business, but regular web-shoppers, we've found this to be one of the biggest pet-peeves when ordering online. We've listened to our customers and taken this clear message into account when designing our newest site.
When shopping on our site, simply place an item in your shopping cart to see it's current inventory status. Even though we have the largest inventory of Sparco and other brands, you may occasionally see the following message appear:
This "backorder" message means that we're currently out of stock of that item in our primary Sterling, VA warehouse. Don't worry - you can still order the item online! If the item is available from the manufacturer, we will try to have it shipped directly to you. If not, we will ship your order as soon as it comes back in stock. If an abnormally long delay is expected, a member of our sales team will contact you with an approximate ETA or other options. And if you don't see the message? That means our warehouse staff is standing by to pack and ship your order!
Note: Our site uses an inventory system that is periodically updated throughout the day. Since we share a warehouse with both a physical showroom, and an active phone-sales team (call us at 1-800-934-9112 to speak to our sales staff), our inventory cannot reliably be made up-to-date to the second. It is also only as accurate as our physical inventory is correct. What does this mean? Occasionally, we may show an item as being in stock, only to discover that it was just sold outside of the website, or is a result of an incorrect inventory count. In these cases, we will contact you immediately with other options.
