Based on the popular Sparco Spy racing helmet, the Sparco Speed is the obvious follow-up to a great helmet. Featuring a new wider, taller eye port, the Sparco Speed offers more versatility for any racing application. The wider eye port allows the ability to use prescription eye-wear, and gives increased visibility for those who need it. The Speed is designed with excellent aerodynamics for open-wheel racers, and the precision fit that only comes from multiple shell sizes.

An effective helmet is one that fits properly. Have an assistant use a measuring tape, or a piece of string to measure the circumference of your head starting at a point approximately one inch above the eyebrows in front, around a point in the back of the head that results in the largest possible measurement, and finally wrapping back to the front. It is a good idea to take several measurements to make sure you have the largest one.
